- Check-in: From 2:00 PM (self check-in via lockbox)
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Instructions for the lockbox will be sent prior to arrival.
- Maximum number of guests is based on the number of bedrooms:
- 2-Bedroom Villa – up to 4 guests
3-Bedroom Villa – up to 6 guests
4-Bedroom Villa – up to 8 guests
5-Bedroom Villa – up to 10 guests
Please confirm your guest count before check-in.
Important Rules
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the villa
- No parties or events without prior written approval
- No commercial photography or videography without permission

- Kindly return all keys to the lockbox or as instructed
- Leave the villa in a tidy condition—we truly appreciate your help!
Property Damage & Lost Key Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, broken furniture, stained linens, damaged appliances, or structural damage to the property.
In the event of any damage or loss:
- The cost of repair, replacement, or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.
- Lost villa keys will incur a replacement fee, which may include the cost of changing locks for security purposes.
- The property management reserves the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit (if applicable) or charge the guest’s credit card accordingly.
All damages or lost items should be reported to the villa management immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and/or legal action.
